were they at it! Smashing the HKS GT-R Skyline World Record
well and truly with a 7.590sec at 191.97mph/308.96kph! The

EXTREME SHOWDOWN
One of the New Classes in the Sport Compact
Group Drag Racing Series is the Extreme Class. Originally
designed for Sport Compact orientated dragster and altereds,
the class has had a major face-lift to now include Hi-Tech
EFI V8 Turbocharged Sedans quicker than 9.99sec. Two of the
heavy hitters to join the new Extreme Class include Ivan "Mr
Mad" Tesic and Mark Uzzell from Sydney.
Mr Mad will have his 2,000+hp Twin Turbo small
block powered Holden Torana set for kill this weekend for
the Fast Fours Jamboree. With help from CV Performance, Tattoo
Nation & Groove Ryder, Ivan has already run 6.75sec @
210mph/338kph and hopes to step into the mid 6's this weekend
if conditions are right.
Mark Uzzell in the Hypa Racing turbocharged LS1 VZ Holden
ute will be another man to watch this weekend. Sponsored by
CV Performance & Nu-Age Constructions the orange Hypa
ute has run a best of 7.00sec @ 197.02mph/317.07kph. Come
this weekend the team are looking for 6sec time slip.
An exciting new addition to the Series starting at the Fast
Fours Jamboree are late model No Wheelie Bar Japanese &
European Sports Bikes. These Hi-Tech Sports Bikes share a
lot of similarities to Sport Compact vehicles with bikes in
the Modified Class running into the high 7sec region. Classes
are designed for 1999 and newer Sports Bikes so we are not
talking about old clunkers here. The Modified Sports Bike
Class will run on a Chicago Shootout format with a Heads Up
Pro Tree start allowing these racers to got flatout without
fear of breaking out. These bikes are awesome to watch as
the rides muscle the horsepower to the track and at the same
time attempting to keep the front wheel on the ground. Two
of quickest riders competing this weekend include Leonard
Azzopardi on his Quick Silver Hayabussa with a best of 7.77sec
@ 192mph/309kph, closely followed by Alex Borg on another
Hayabussa with a best of 8.001sec.
The world famous Fast Fours Jamboree calls for
world famous girls, doesnt it? This year we are stoked
to have the internationally-acclaimed Million Dollar Babes
singing live on stage. They have performed shows all over
the US, partied with Hollywood celebs, had their own show
in Las Vegas and toured the world. Now they are back here
for the 2006 Jamboree to put on their best show yet. Dont
miss the action as the Babes bust out some sexy tunes. Want
to meet the Babes? Come and get a photo and a personally signed
poster after the show. www.milliondollarbabes.com.au
